Twin Rental Property Upgrade In Avalon, NJ
This twin rental property in Avalon, NJ, was long overdue an upgrade due to the adjoining neighbors’ reluctance to perform the joint maintenance needed. Eventually Steve & Rosand decided to go ahead and make summer dreams come true on their side of the house.
Using a standing seam metal roof and Certainteed cedar impression siding, they created the easy summer look they always knew was there. The custom-designed paneled front porch includes upgraded Andersen double-hung windows so they can enjoy the summer sunshine while staying out of the heat.
Trek composite decking in the rear with vinyl railings and arbor covering the rear of the deck gave them the outdoor after-beach space needed for entertaining. Their only regret is the years they spent not having the comfort and relaxation they have at their home now.
