Though some of us at Rosenello’s are biological family, ALL of us are chosen family. This means that even though we might disagree sometimes, we still always respect each other and treat one another with kindness.

There’s no blaming someone else or pointing fingers here. We take accountability, amend the issue, and move on – because our customers deserve to have a team of true professionals working on their home projects.

And one of the biggest things we stress to our new (and experienced) employees is teamwork. We’re all working under one roof here (unless we’re out on a job) and therefore have the advantage of convenient communication…and we want to keep it that way.
